NOTIFICATIONS Date Sheet Schedule for Conduct of Examinations and Declaration of Results for SSC & HSSC Annual Examinations 2021

 

Eligibility Criteria

A. Scholarships at Intermediate level

a. General eligibility criteria for the applicant

1. Must possess domicile of Punjab.
2. Must be a student of Public College in Punjab.
3. Must have done Matriculation from a public school.
4. Must have secured at least 60% marks in SSC Annual Examination.
5. Must have passed matriculation in the years 2019 or 2020.
6. Must not be availing any other scholarship.

b. Eligibility Criteria for need-based scholarships:

1. Income of parents must be less than or equal to Rs. 25,000/- per month.
2. Parents must not own more than 5 acres of agricultural land or 5 Marla urban property.

c. Eligibility Criteria for merit-based scholarships:

There are a certain number of merit-based scholarships in each district. According to that number, top students with respect to marks obtained in SSC (also enrolled in public colleges) will be awarded these scholarships.

d. Scholarships Distribution:

1. 50% Merit-based, 50% need-based scholarships.
2. Fair gender distribution.
3. Students of Science & Humanities groups on the ratio of 60:40 respectively.
4. Within need-based scholarships, 10% quota will be reserved for children of government employees (Grade 1 – 4).

e. Verification Mechanisms:

1. The score of the applicant is verified from the data provided by the BISEs of Punjab.
2. College Principal will verify that the student is enrolled in his/her college, and not availing any other scholarship(s).
3. College Principal will also verify the following credentials of the student:
   1. Name of student
   2. B-Form
   3. Father name
   4. Father/Guardian CNIC
   5. BISE Registration Number
   6. Class attendance (minimum 75%)
   7. Class test results (satisfactory/not satisfactory)
4. The Deputy Commissioner will be responsible for ascertaining that the candidate is eligible on need-basis, based on the information provided via online dashboard.

Note: The students who have got admission in a public college in district other than their residential district, their merit will be determined on the basis of district of domicile.

B. Scholarships at Bachelor’s level

There are 891 distinct programs in universities of Punjab. Registrars of Universities will provide top candidate in each of their registered program to HED for award of Scholarships.

انٹرمیڈیٹ کی سطح پر اسکالرشپ

درخواست دہندہ کیلئے اہلیت کا معیار :

1. درخواست دہندہ کے پاس صوبہ پنجاب کا ڈومیسائل ہونا ضروری ہے۔
2. پنجاب کے سرکاری کالج کا طالب علم ہونا ضروری ہے۔
3. کسی سرکاری سکول سے میٹرک پاس کیا ہو۔
4. میٹرک سالانہ امتحان میں کم از کم 60 فیصد نمبر حاصل کئے ہوں۔
5. سال 2019 یا 2020 میں میٹرک پاس کیا ہو۔
6. امیدوار کسی دوسرے اسکالرشپ سے فائدہ نہ اٹھا رہا ہو۔

ضرورت پر مبنی اسکالرشپ کیلئے اہلیت:

1. والدین کی ماہانہ آمدنی 25,000 روپے یا اس سے کم ہونی چاہئے۔
2. والدین کے پاس 5 ایکڑ زرعی اراضی یا 5 مرلہ شہری املاک سے زائد کی ملکیت نہیں ہونی چاہئے۔

میرٹ پر مبنی اسکالرشپ کیلئے اہلیت:

ہر ضلع میں میرٹ پر مبنی اسکالرشپ کی ایک خاص تعداد متعین ہے۔ اس تعداد کے مطابق میٹرک میں اعلی نمبر حاصل کرنے والے طلباء (جنہوں نے سرکاری کالجوں میں بھی داخلہ لیا ہو) کو اسکالرشپ دیئے جائیں گے۔

اسکالرشپ کی تقسیم:

1. 50 فیصد میرٹ پر مبنی ، 50 فیصد استحقاق پر مبنی اسکالرشپس۔
2. صنفی بنیاد پر یکساں تقسیم۔
3. سائنس اور آرٹس کے طلباء کی تقسیم بالترتیب ساٹھ اور چالیس کے تناسب سے تصور کی جائے گی۔
4. ضرورت پر مبنی اسکالرشپ کے تحت (درجہ 1 تا 4) کے سرکاری ملازمین کے بچوں کیلئے 10 فیصد کوٹہ مختص ہے۔

تصدیق کا طریقہ کار:

1. درخواست دہندگان کے نتائج کی تصدیق بورڈ آف انٹرمیڈیٹ اینڈ سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن پنجاب کے فراہم کردہ اعدادوشمار کی روشنی میں کی جاتی ہے۔
2. کالج پرنسپل اس بات کی تصدیق کرے گا کہ طالب علم اس کالج کا طالب علم ہو، اس کے علاؤہ وہ کسی اور اسکالرشپ سے فائدہ نہ اٹھا رہا ہو۔
3. کالج پرنسپل طالب علم کے درج ذیل کوائف کی بھی تصدیق کرے گا:
   1. طالب علم کا نام
   2. بے فارم
   3. والد کا نام
   4. والد / سرپرست کا شناختی کارڈ
   5. متعلقہ بورڈ کا رجسٹریشن نمبر
   6. کلاس حاضری (کم از کم 75 فیصد)
   7. کلاس ٹیسٹ کے نتائج (تسلی بخش/ غیر تسلی بخش)
4. ڈپٹی کمشنر یہ جاننے کا ذمہ دار ہوگا کہ آن لائن ڈیش بورڈ کے ذریعہ فراہم کردہ معلومات کی بنیاد پر امیدوار ضرورت پر مبنی اسکالرشپ کیلئے اہل ہے۔

نوٹ: جو طلباء اپنے رہائشی ضلع سے باہر کسی سرکاری کالج میں داخلہ لیتے ہیں، ان کی اہلیت کا تعین ضلع کے ڈومیسائل کی بنیاد پر کیا جائے گا۔

پنجاب کی یونیورسٹیوں میں891 مختلف پروگرام پڑھائے جا رہے ہیں۔ یونیورسٹیوں کے رجسٹرار اسکالرشپ دینے کیلئے اپنے رجسٹرڈ پروگراموں میں بہترین/ ٹاپ اسکورر امیدواروں کی فہرست ہائر ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ کو فراہم کریں گے۔
