Jumla Sir Bar Ahan Administrations (Government / Affiliated / Public and Private Candidates are informed that in accordance with Notification No. SY/PBCC/LHR-459 dated 20.12.2022 issued by Punjab Boards Committee of Chairperson, Intermediate The first annual examination (11th 12th/Combined) 2023 is being held from 20.05.2023 on Saturday. The schedule for submission of online admission form and fee for the candidates appearing in the examination is as follows:

(2) It is necessary for the private candidate to feed his/her details under the online system from the website of the office and obtain a printout of the admission form and fee form and pay the form Friday fee at any branch of HBL as per the above schedule. Submit and keep the receipt as evidence. Also, in case of depositing the admission fee in HBL, the admission form should also be submitted in the bank itself. 3 Candidates who will submit the admission fee through online system (HBLKonnect) shall submit the hard copy of their admission form along with screen shot of fee payment, seal and signature of agent by post/manual at One Window Branch facility of Multan Board. Center) will be bound to be sent/submitted. 5) Candidates (including children of Board employees etc.) who are entitled to fee waiver under any decision of the Board, such facility is limited to single fee schedule only. After the date of submission of admission form with single fee, they will also be liable to submit examination fee along with other dues as per schedule like other candidates (Private Regulars). 6) All private candidates coming with NOC from other board are required to deposit Rs.-2180 (not including registration and processing fee etc.)

(4) Candidates appearing for Marks Imper-two and Additional Subjects Examination shall also submit the certificate fee Rs.800/-.

7) Admission form along with fee must be received in the board/office by the due date. Otherwise mere admission form/fee will not be admissible and fee as per prescribed schedule

will be taken

8 The admission fee has to be deposited on online bank challan at any HBL branches of the board. Fees deposited on manual bank challan will not be admissible at all. 9) Every institution shall submit the hard copy of online admission forms and fee statement (group wise) of its students to Education Board Multan (Facility Center) as per the schedule issued by the office. The fee schedule will be applicable on the date on which the hard copy is received by the office. 10) Jumla Sar Bar Ahan Institutions are instructed to create Batch only after checking the proof print of candidates' data thoroughly. In case of opening a batch, the institution has to reprint all the admission forms of that batch. And Batch opening application from single fee schedule

Must be received at least 07 days in advance.

11) Institutions should send all copies of the revenue list along with the original challan form in the file of Finance Branch. Also the entry fee is banked from the computer under the online system

Deposit on the challan itself and affix the challan as per the bank challan number listed on the revenue list. 12) No institution / candidate shall be authorized to send (Double) admission form. On doing so, action will be taken as per the rules.
