HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL CERTIFICATE (ANNUAL-I) (Part-I & II) EXAMINATION 2023
It is hereby notified for the general information of all concerned that the HSSC (Annual-1) (Part-I & II) Exam 2023 of the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Kohat will commence w.e.f. 30-05-2023. Admission Fee must be deposited in the authorized branches of National Bank of Pakistan, within the jurisdiction of BISE Kohat. The fee structure & schedule for the receipt of Admission Forms and Fees (both) in the Board Office for the eligible candidates are as under:
Instructions:-
1. No Data List/admission form under any circumstances will be accepted after 28-04-2023. 2. There shall be no admission form for Part-1 & Part-II Regular candidates, instead, all the Registered Govt; &
Private Institutions (Male/Female) are directed to use our Online Portal System) on www.portal.bisek.edu.pk for admission of students through a specific Login (user name & password) already in use for Online Enrolment/Registration and submit a hard copy of the system generated admission list duly signed by Head of the Institution along with the original bank receipt(s) within due date. 3. All the Heads of Registered Govt; & Private Institutions (Male/Female) are requested to deposit Rs.500/- as
result copy fee which will be uploaded to Portal system of the concerned institution and send the original bank receipt along with students' Data List. 4. All other candidates of Part-1 Private (re-appear/Improvement) & Part-11 Private (Fresh, re-appear,
improvement of marks, qualifying subjects and additional subjects shall be allowed by submitting admission forms. 5. The installation of CCTV Cameras in the Examination Hall/Rooms and to link them with BISE Kohat is mandatory for new as well as already existing Examination Centers.
6. All private candidates and their guardians must write their mobile/cell numbers in their admission forms. 7. Photograph Change/Correction after the conduct of Examination is not allowed. Such correction can be allowed before commencement of Examination.
8. Those candidates who fail to receive Roll No. Slips by post in time, they may download from BISE Kohat website www.bisekt.edu.pk, or they may obtain Duplicate Roll No. Slips from board office.
Important:-
I. A candidate migrated from other Board seeking regular admission must be registered in BISE Kohat before submission of the admission otherwise the admission will not be entertained. il. A candidate migrated from other Board for Part-11 (2nd year) will have to appear in Part-1 1" year) Practical
Exam if he has not taken Practical Exam in that Board. iii. A candidate, passed with grace marks or in aggregate, appearing for improvement will have to appear in that paper for improvement passed with grace marks or in aggregate otherwise his improvement will not be considered.
