4 All Government and Board-affiliated Institutions shall submit Rs.300/- per institution to the Postal Services in four installments. All private candidates will submit the admission fee Rs.2001 along with postal services charges. 6 All private candidates coming with NOC from other Boards will be required to submit Rs.1000 registration fee. Candidates who have deposited the admission fee in the bank on the due date but bring the hard copy of the admission form to the office after the roll number slip is issued. Roll number slip will be issued to such candidates after depositing Rs.3500 as per board decision.

1 All private candidates appearing in the examination for the first time shall deposit a registration fee of Rs.1000 in addition to the admission fee and processing fee. The certificate fee amounting to Rs.800 will have to be submitted by all the regular private 12th (Part 1) and composite exam candidates. Apart from this, candidates appearing for Additional Subjects and Marks Improvement Examination will have to submit a processing fee of Rs.700 and a certificate fee of Rs.800.

8 All government and board-affiliated institutions, if they want to delete the batch for any reason after creation of batch, then with the request of the head institution, submit a fee of Rs.1250 and submit receipt number 04 on the due date. Or send a register. They will be obliged to submit the admission cut list of candidates of their institution with single fee within ten (10) days of issue of post/institution code issued by the academic branch to the affiliated institutions. Otherwise, the ongoing fee schedule after the due date will apply. Fees will be charged accordingly. 11 All Government and Board affiliated Institutions after submitting the admission form online on the due date Gazette Fee, Postal Services Charges Fee, Admission Cut List, Revenue List, Forwarding Letter, and Collected Admission Fee Copy of Original Challan Receipt No. (04 ) Do Manual Jum Yar Jasar Dar Sal. Otherwise the fee will be charged as per the schedule after the due date.
12 Private candidates after submitting the admission form online will deposit the required fee in the bank and send the hard copy of the certified admission form to the board campus located at the facility center of the board, Morgah Rawalpindi by hand or by post to the register. In case of any problem candidates should contact the board office with their complete documents. 13 Candidates who are exempted under any decision of the Board such facility is limited to single fee schedule only. After the date of submission of admission form with single fee, the examination fee will be charged as per the ongoing schedule like other candidates. 14 All private candidates and regular institutions are directed to affix the relevant fee deposited in the bank in the designated space on the challan form.

For the information of all concerned, it is announced that the matriculation exam organized by Rawalpindi Board (Part One and Part Two Composite) 1st Annual 2023 will start from 01 April 2023. For which the board has given the following schedule for receipt of online admission form along with exam along with hard copy cut list.

Last date with triple fee and penalty of Rs 200 per month

Three times the fee along with Rs.200 per day fine and Rs.500 per day fine till 10 days from the commencement of examination.

2. All private candidates appearing in the examination for the first time will also deposit a registration fee of Rs.1000 in addition to the admission fee and processing fee. Certificate fee Rs.800/- for all regular upper entrance exams (part 11 and composite exam) will be required to be submitted. In addition, candidates appearing for additional subjects and marks less than two minutes examination will have to pay admission fee along with processing fee. 3. Private candidates after applying the admission online shall deposit the required fee in the bank and deposit the hard copy of the attested admission form at the facility center of the Board at the Board Campus Morgah, Rawalpindi by hand or by registered mail. In case of any problem candidates should contact the board office with their complete documents. Candidates who are eligible for fee waiver under any decision of the Board, such facility is limited to single fee schedule only. After the date of submission of admission form with single fee, they will be bound to submit the examination fee as per the ongoing schedule like other candidates (Private/Regular).
