Please carefully review the following guidelines before proceeding:
This application form is intended for candidates who have not previously taken the 9th or 10th examination and are not currently enrolled in BISE Lahore.
You do not need to re-enrol if you have previously appeared for the 9th or 10th examinations or are already enrolled in the Secondary School Certificate program.
Candidates who have already appeared or registered can utilize their previously assigned enrollment number during admission.
Note: Please ensure that you upload the candidate's pictures with a white background.
Login Information:
You can access the system using your Bay-FORM Number and Date of Birth (DOB) as indicated on your B-Form issued by NADRA.

Once the declaration is made, you cannot change or update your registration form; only a printout can be taken.
Instructions:
Please download the registration form and print it on legal-size paper weighing 80 grams.
Once you have printed the form, complete it and submit the fee using one of the following methods:
a. Submit the fee at HBL Bank. (The bank will be responsible for sending the hardcopy to BISE Lahore)
b. Submit the fee online through the HBL App or 1-Bill. (The candidate will be responsible for sending the hardcopy to BISE Lahore)
Please keep the receipt safe.
Important note: "Nazara Quran Hakim with translation will be compulsory for all students to read as a subject for which regular examination will be conducted.
No private students will be allowed interim payment admission after the above-mentioned dates. Both the hard copy of the enrollment return and not in circulation must be submitted to this office within the above schedule. In case of non-deposit of Inner Vault Return and any of the prevailing fees in this office, the fee and penalty under Clause No. (iii) above will have to be paid. Necessary guidance related to online enrollment returns is also available on the Board's website (www.biselahore.com). After migration from other boards, private students will submit a manual registration return. While making the enrollment return of class 9th online, it is mandatory to enter the correct ID card number of the parent and child and the "B" form number of the student.
