In partial modification of earlier notification No. FBISE/SSC-C/DS/AE-23/0240 dated 31st March, 2023, it is hereby notified for
general information of all concerned that the following revised date sheet for SSC PART I&II ANNUAL EXAMINATION, 2023 of the
Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Islamabad shall be followed for the remaining papers:-
Arrival of Students at Centre: 08:30AM/01:30PM (Morning/Evening)
Closing of Students entry in Centre: 08:55AM/01:55PM (Morning/Evening)

It is hereby notified for general information of all concerned that SSC PART I&II ANNUAL EXAMINATION, 2023 of the
Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Islamabad shall commence with effect from Thursday, the 27th April, 2023
according to the schedule given below:-

NOTE:-
i. In abroad institutions, the papers will start in accordance with the synchronized time already notified.
ii. The numeric field after the name of subject/paper represents the subject/paper code.
iii. Practical Examination shall commence with effect from Tuesday 23rd May, 2023.
iv. Mobile Phone & Smart Watch etc. are strictly prohibited in the Examination Centre.

Date Sheet for Secondary School Certificate Class IX, 10th First Annual Examination 2023
Essential instructions (1) The papers of Tarjmat Al-Qur'an Al-Majeed, Islamiat (Compulsory), Pakistan Studies, Urdu (Compulsory), English (Compulsory), Mathematics (Science), Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science should be examined at two different times. (i.e. the first time will be at 8:30 AM and the second time at 1:30 PM) on Friday, the second time paper will start at 02:30 PM. (2) All the aspirants shall ensure their presence at the center half an hour before the commencement of each paper at 8:00 am, 2:00 pm and Friday at 2:00 pm otherwise they will be present at the center. They will not be allowed to sit in the centre. (3) At the beginning of each paper, the staff will hopefully inform them of the scheduled time of the examination paper. (4) Candidates will have to appear in the examination as per the date sheet printed on the roll number slips. (5) The time/group and examination center in which the candidate has to take the examination shall be written on his/her roll number slip. The candidate will not be allowed to take the exam at any other time/group or centre. (6) Non-Muslim candidates who are joining the subject of religious education instead of Islamiat (compulsory) and ethics instead of translation of Al-Qur'an Al-Jeed, will take the subject exam as per the date sheet on the scheduled date and time. (7) Any local / public holiday declared during the examination shall not affect the date sheet in any way and the examination shall be held as per the dates mentioned in the date sheet. (8) Candidates are required to carry their roll number slip daily in the examination room otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in the examination. (9) The candidate should not only satisfy himself that the dates, times and groups of the subjects of the theory and the syllabus written on his roll number slip are correct, but they are also well matched with the detailed date sheet available in the centre. So that in case of any mistake the aspirant does not have to face any problem / loss. (10) If a candidate leaves the examination hall protesting for any reason, he/she will not be re-examined in any question/subject in any case. (11) Mobile phones are prohibited within the examination center and its limits (100 times). (12) The fixed time has been entered on the objective and initial paper. All the candidates in all the subjects will give the exam simultaneously as per the date sheet. 2. Each candidate's group will be entered on his roll number slip No candidate will under any circumstances be allowed to appear in any group other than his own. Non-Muslim candidates who are appearing in any other optional subject instead of Islamiat (Compulsory) and Translation of Qur'an Al-Majeed (Compulsory) will take the exam of this subject on the date and time specified in the date sheet. . Any public holiday or local holiday declared during the examination shall not affect the date sheet in any way and the examination shall be conducted as per the date(s) mentioned in the date sheet. 5. Candidates and all staff related to the examination will ensure the implementation of all SOPS issued by the Government to prevent the spread of COVID-19. 6. At the beginning of each paper, the invigilator will inform the candidates about the scheduled time of the examination paper. Candidates are required to bring their roll number slip with them to the examination room daily otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in the examination. The aspirant should not only satisfy himself that the dates, times and groups of theory and practical subjects mentioned on his roll number slip are correct. Rather compare them all with the detailed date sheet available in the center so that in case of any mistake the candidate does not have to face any problem and loss. 9- If any aspirant leaves the examination hall protesting for any reason, he/she will not be re-examined in the subject under any circumstances. 10. Impersonation is an offense punishable under Malpractice Act. The time for each subject paper will be as per the time given on the question paper. The Friday evening paper will start at 2:30 pm.
The morning paper for the candidates will arrive at the examination center at 8:00 AM while the paper will start at 8:30 AM.
Evening Paper: (Except for Friday candidates, arrival time at the examination center will be 1:00 pm while the paper will start at 1:30 pm. Note :-(1) Urdu compulsory, English Compulsory, Islamic Studies Compulsory, Quran Translation Compulsory, Pakistan Study Compulsory, Islamic Studies Optional, General Science, Mathematics (Science Group), General Mathematics, Fine Arts, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science papers. It will be held at two different times (i.e. first time at 08:30 AM and second time at 01:30 PM). On Friday, the second time paper will start at 02:30. It will happen at different times. (That is, the first time will start at 08:30 AM and the second time at 01:30 PM. While the second time paper will start at 02:30 PM on Friday) 2. All the candidates should be present half an hour before the start of each paper. Will make sure in every case at Gay Center.
