 BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION, BAHAWALPUR. DATE SHEET FOR THE SSC FIRST ANNUAL EXAMINATION, 2023.

Important instructions for candidates and supervisory staff

(1) Urdu Compulsory, English Compulsory, Islamiat Compulsory, Pakistan Studies Compulsory, Advanced Islamiat Optional, General Science, Mathematics, Science General Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science and Translation of Al-Qur’an Al-Majid Papers are to be examined at two different times. (i.e. the first time will be 08:30 AM and the second time will be 01:30 PM). On Friday, the second time paper will start at 02:30. (2) All candidates shall ensure their presence at the center half an hour before the commencement of each paper. 08:00 in the morning and 01:00 in the afternoon while on Friday at 02:00 they will not be allowed to sit in the center otherwise they will not be allowed to sit in the center. Will inform about the fixed time. (4) Candidates will have to appear in the examination as per the date sheet printed on the roll number slips. (5) The time/group and examination center at which the candidate has to appear in the examination shall be written on his/her roll number slip. Candidates will not be allowed to take the exam at any other time / group or center. (6) The declaration of any local public holiday during the examination shall not affect the date sheet and the examination shall be held as per the dates mentioned in the date sheet. (7) Candidates are required to bring their roll number slip with them to the examination room daily otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in the examination. (8) The aspirant should not only satisfy himself that the dates, times and groups of theory and practical subjects mentioned on his roll number slip are correct but should also compare them carefully with the detailed date sheet available at the centre. That in case of any mistake the candidate should not face any inconvenience or loss. (9) If a candidate leaves the examination hall protesting for any reason, he/she will not be re-examined in any question/subject under any circumstances. (10) Bringing of mobile phones inside and within the examination center (100 yards) is prohibited. (11) The prescribed time has been entered on the Muzukzi and Inshaiya paper according to which the paper will be repaid. (12) Impersonation is an offense punishable under the Malpractice Act.

It is informed that Bahawalpur Board will conduct Intermediate and Uloom Al-Sunnah Sharqiya First Annual Examinations 2023 from 20th May 2023. The following is the schedule for all regular and private candidates appearing in this examination to submit the admission form online and receive the hard copy of the admission form and the bank challan of the admission fee from the board.

Candidates who were not able to register their enrollment with the Board will be charged Rs.-1000/- Rs.1501, no scholarship, in addition to the admission fee. 801 rupees (total amount 12301 rupees) will be deposited. (ii) All candidates will be charged a fee of Rs.95 per QR code. (iii) Candidates who have submitted the certificate fee while joining the examinations earlier will now be exempted from the certificate fee. (iv) Candidates submitting their admission form after expiry of the triple fee schedule with a penalty of Rs.500 or -1001 per day.

The examination center will be the district headquarters as per the board rules. (7) Regular and Affiliated Institutions shall submit the admission form of their candidates by logging into the account issued by the Board. (vi) Full admission fee of the concerned Group Science / Arts will be charged on taking the examination in case of compartment. OLOLL

2) Private candidates are interested

(1) Private candidates sponsored by Bahawalpur Board have been given the facility to submit their admission form and fee challan in hard copy after feeding their admission form under online system on board website www.bisebwp.edu.pk. A print copy can be obtained. (ii) Online printed admission form attested by the Principal of any Government Affiliated College, Rasheer Secondary School nearest to your residence along with the original fee challan (Assistant Controller of Intermediate Examinations within the prescribed schedule), Board of Intermediate and

Secondary Education, will be sent to Bhawalpur. (iii) All information regarding the scheduled examinations can be obtained from the website of the Board www.bisebwp.edu.pk.

Bahawalpur (Press Release) Punjab Boards Committee of Chairman (PBCC) has announced the schedule of Matric First Annual Examination 2023.





It has been announced. According to the schedule, the last date of receipt of admission forms for matric first annual examination 2023 in Bahawalpur board including all boards of Punjab has been fixed as January 18. While the last date for submission of admission form with double fee is 30 January and the last date for submission of admission form with triple fee is 07 February 2023.





 Private candidates are interested that:
Private candidates sponsored by Bahawalpur Board have been given the facility to open the online portal on the Board's website www.bisebwp.edu.pk and after feeding their admission form under the online system, the admission form and fee. Candidates are informed to print the printed admission form (hard copy) under the online system from the nearest Government High School or Board affiliated to their residence.

The Government of Punjab has exempted the regular candidates of the public sector from the registration and examination fee so that we may be clear that: (1) If the hard copy of the admission form of a candidate is received by the Board in the second or third phase as per the fee schedule, then the fee schedule prevailing
will be received under and examination center will be allotted as per rules. Private candidates of Class Ninth and Ninth and 10th (Composite) will also submit registration fee, sports fee, scholarship fee, development fee, admission fee, processing fee and certificate fee in case of joining the examination for the first time.

On the successful conduct of matriculation examinations 2022, a ceremony was organized in the honor of Controller of Examinations Asma Qasim. Extraordinary Efforts Commendable: Stunt Controller Qasim Ali Bahawalpur (Press Release) A function was organized by the officers of Matriculation Branch in honor of Asma Qasim, Controller of Examinations of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Bahawalpur. In the ceremony, Stunt Controller of Examinations Qasim Ali expressed his opinion and said that the efforts of the Controller of Examinations in conducting the 02 examinations of Matric 2022 in a clear and transparent manner and preparing the results are commendable. Secretary Board Rao Shamshad Ali said that the Controller of Examinations has played a key role in eradicating the culture of booty mafia during matric and intermediate examinations. Due to extraordinary efforts of the Controller Board, boti mafia has been discouraged across the division. The secretary board expressed hope that the controller will use her professional skills to conduct the board exams in a clean and transparent manner. At the end of the ceremony, a luncheon was organized in which matriculation branch officers Malik Muhammad Ashrafullah Zina Muhammad Tariq Chaudhry Maher Abdul Sattar Malik Shamsher Saleem Awan, Abdul Razak Tahir Qari Sajid participated.
