corectness. Nevetheless, if any error or omission is noticed, the Board may be informed immediately for necessary action to rectifi the same_

4. Failure, Absent candidates are eligible to appear in lst Anrual Examination 2023, if otherwise eligible. All those candidates desirous of

improving their grade/marks can do so by re-appearing in any number of paper(s/subj ect(s) of their choice or Part-I or Part-II or both the parts /

entire examination as per FBISE Rules.

5. The Result Cards of regular candidates are being despatched to their respective institutions and those of Ex/Private candidates within

country are being sent on the addresses given by them in their admission forms and those of ove$eas candidates are being sent to Head of

Institutio[s ftom where they appeared.

UNFAIR-MEANS CASES

6. This year twelve (12) Unfair Means (UFM) cases were repoted. A judicious procedure was adopted to decide the cases and personal

hearing was allowed to all concemed. All the cases have been decided and the Notification on the decisions taken in the cases is placed at the

end ofthe gaz€tte.

7. All those candidates whose rcsult has been withheld fol want of fee/eligibility etc are advised in their own interest to resolve these

discrepancies immediately enabling this oIfice to declare their result.

i. All the registered Govt: and Private institution (Male/Female) are directed to use our online Admission Module (OAM) on
www.biseatd.edu.pk for admission of 9th and 10th Class students through a specific login (User-name and Password) already in use for online registration, and submit a hard copy of the system generated list duly signed / stamped by the head of institution along with the original bank receipt within due date.
ii. Those Institution (s) / Candidate(s) who mail their Admission Forms & Fee to the Board must dispatch them at least three days before
the last dates specified above to avoid payment of extra fee / rejection of Admission Form(s).
iii. Hard Copy of Admission Form for regular students should be submitted with Light Blue page A-4 size for Class 9th and Light Pink Page A-4 size for Class 10th. Photographs and other documents be pasted with GLUE, and not to be stapled.
iv. Only those candidates who have pass SSC Examination from BISE Abbottabad can appear for Improvement/Additional Subject(s) within specified period of time. There is no restriction for improvement regarding selection/choice of paper(s) (i.e from 1 paper up to 16)
The students of other Board seeking admission in SSC must submit Original Migration Certificate along-with admission Form.
vi. Private candidates of Class 9th must submit Original School Leaving Certificate (issued by Govt Primary/Middle or Private Schools)
duly countersigned by the concerned DEO along-with Admission Form. However, those having Original School Leaving Certificate
issued by Govt High School are exempted from the counter signature.
vii Private candidate(s) who have never attended any Institution can also apply for the Admission in Class 9th Examination with the condition of submitting attested copy of CNIC or Form-B (NADRA) or Birth Certificate duly signed by Secretary of concerned Union Council. viii The subject(s) passed with grace marks / aggregate must be included in the improvement subjects and if the candidate has not
improved marks in that particular subject, the candidate will be considered as MNI (Marks Not Improved). ix Application for Creation of Examination Centre can be submitted up-to 31-01-2023. After this, no such application will be
entertained under any circumstances.

All concerned are informed that as per the decision of Punjab Boards Committee of Chairperson, the result of Matric Second Annual Examination 2022 will be released on Tuesday 13 December 2022 at 10:00 am. The price of Result CD (C.D) has been fixed at Rs.300. Therefore, the value of C.D. through bank challan Habib Bank Board Branch Multan by submitting the check dated 2022-12-08 along with the original bank challan on the date of publication of the result and the result C from the inquiry center inquiry branch board at the appointed time. D can be obtained apart from this the result can also be viewed on the website of the board www.waqasabid.com. Also, SMS can be sent to 800223 to check the result on mobile.

Note: Institutions can check the result of their candidates through their portal. Private candidates will be provided the facility to check their result through the Board's website from the menu of Examination & Result.
