Instructions:-

1. All the Registered Government and Private Institutions (Male & Female) are requested to

use the Online

Enrolment/Registration portal for admission of 11th and 12th Class Students. 2. The educational institutions (schools/Colleges) shall download and print the system-generated Bank Challan

from their respective account of the board portal (www.bisess.edu.pk).

3. Those regular students who are promoted to Part II but migrated from other Boards and as well as those science students who appeared in Part-I in the Annual/ Supplementary, Examination 2021 and did not appear in HSSC

(Annual-1 & Annual -II) Examination 2022, have to submit admission forms for the HSSC Part-I & II (Annual-1)

Examination 2023 through their institutions.

Failed/Absent students are allowed in the (Annual-1) Examination 2023. However, their eligibility to appear in the 11th/12th year in the subsequent annual examination shall be subject to the required attendance. 5 The students who have failed one or two papers are allowed to improve in passed subjects simultaneously with

taking examinations in the failed subjects. 6. Private students shall submit their admission forms online and download the system-generated Bank challan

(Bank fee receipt) from the board website www.bisess.edu.pk.

7. Only system-generated Bank challan will be accepted for admissions. Bank challan (fee receipt) can be

downloaded from the board website www.bisess.edu.pk 8. Candidates both (Regular/Private) of Part-II of other Board must produce a Migration Certificate along with a

verified DMC. 9. Roll number slips shall be available on the web portal ten days before the commencement of Examination. Those

candidate who failed to receive Roll No slips One week prior to the commencement of Examination should contact the Board for issuance of duplicate Roll No slips.

10. For additional Biology course completion certificate with attendance record is mandatory. 11. Application for creation of Examination Centre can be submitted up to 28-02-2023. Candidates are hereby informed that HSSC Annual-l Examination 2023 will be conducted in full course/ Subjects (for both Part-1 & Part-II) for fresh, improvement and Re-appear cases

INSTRUCTION:

1. In case of improvement, Rs.500/- shall be deposited at the time of receipt of Original Certificate. 2. Institutes shall submit online admissions forms on the BISEP Online Portal System and a hard copy of the system generated

admission list duly signed by the Head of Institution within due date of notification.

3. Private students shall submit their admission forms online through www.bisep.edu.pk. Hard copy of admission form & fee receipt along with SSC Certificate/ DMC for Part-I and DMC copy for Part-II must be submitted through One Window in BISE Peshawar.

4. Regular Roll Number slips shall be uploaded on online portal, 10 days before the commencement of exam. 5. Those Regular students who are promoted to Part-II, OR migrated from other Boards and appeared in Part-I Annual / Special Examination 2020 and did not appeared in HSSC (Annual-I,II) Examination 2022 are eligible to apply for HSSC Annual-l

Examination 2023.

6. Private Roll Number slips shall be available on BISE web Site, www.bisep.edu.pk.. 10 days before the commencement of exam. Those who fail to receive their Roll Number Slips in time, duplicate Roll No. Slips shall be available through OWS (One Window Service) of BISE Peshawar.

7. Private candidates who have passed HSSC Part-1 Examination from other Boards must submit their Migration Certificate along with verified DMC from their respective Boards with Part-Il admission form of Intermediate Annual-l Examination 2023.

8. The subject passed with Grace Marks / Aggregate must be included in the subjects selected for improvement, otherwise the

candidate will be considered ineligible.

9. Applications for creation of examination centres can be submitted up to 20-03-2023 through Online Portal System. After expiry no such application will be entertained in any circumstance.

10. The installation of CCTV cameras in examination Halls / Rooms and to link with BISE Peshawar is mandatory for new as well

as already existing examination centres.

11. All those candidates who attempt for improvement of marks shall not be considered as position holders or for any other type of

awards/medals/scholarships in HSSC Annual-1 Examination 2023. 12. For Additional subject of Biology, two months Lab attendance certificate from any affiliated Public/Private College/Higher Secondary School within the jurisdiction of BISE, Peshawar is mandatory.

13. All those fresh candidates of Part-II who have not availed improvement chance of Part-I in HSSC Annual-ll Exam, 2022 can apply for improvement in Annual-l Exam 2023. Regular candidates shall apply through College / School portal.
