All the Heads of Institutions within the limits of Education Board Multan are informed that the Matric First Annual Examination 2023 is being held from 01-04-2023 and the roll number slips of the candidates have been made online Government Affiliated Institutions The heads of the institutions are requested to download and print the roll number slips of the regular students of their institutions from the website of Education Board Multan through the online system and before issuing the roll number slips to the candidates. After thoroughly checking the information from his record, he will affix his signature and stamp on the designated space on the roll number slip. If any kind of correction is required in the roll number slip of a candidate, then they should contact Matriculation Branch Education Board Multan and get the required correction done.
The roll number slips of the private candidates have been sent by post to the addresses provided by them. Private candidates in case of not receiving the roll number slips by post, by entering their admission form number and token number on the website.WaqasAbid.com

Everyone who is worried is aware that the Board's examination will begin on Saturday, April 1, 2023, with the Secondary School First Annual. It is known to all the concerned that the examination organized by the Board is starting from the Secondary School First Annual 2023 dated 2023-04-1 on Saturday. For which private candidates their roll number slips have been sent to the address given on their admission form through registered post. This year also all the institutions affiliated to the board should download the roll number slips from the website of the board using their password and issue them to the aspirants after recording their seal and signature. It should be noted that for regular students, only the roll number slip issued with the seal and signature of their head institution (provided that it is affiliated to the institution and board) will be acceptable in the examination center. For the convenience of the candidates, the board has also uploaded the group center of the private candidates of the said examination on its website www.bisegrw.edu.pk from which the private candidates can download their roll number slips. That roll number slip will also be admissible at the examination centre. Reminder letters have been issued to private candidates whose merit is incomplete to clear objections. In the interest of these candidates, they are directed to remove objections immediately. Get your roll number slips from the board. Roll number slips will not be issued if the objection of the office is not cleared and all the responsibility will be on the candidates. If the roll number slips are not received, they can get information by contacting St. Controller of Examinations (Matriculation) Board through telephone number 55-0559200751 (Extension No. (166)/3892634-055). Note: In case of not receiving the roll number slip. Original receipt of admission form from board office is required for issue of new roll number slip before commencement of examination.

Essential instructions (1) The papers of Tarjmat Al-Qur'an Al-Majeed, Islamiat (Compulsory), Pakistan Studies, Urdu (Compulsory), English (Compulsory), Mathematics (Science), Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science should be examined at two different times. (i.e. the first time will be at 8:30 AM and the second time at 1:30 PM) on Friday, the second time paper will start at 02:30 PM. (2) All the aspirants shall ensure their presence at the center half an hour before the commencement of each paper at 8:00 am, 2:00 pm and Friday at 2:00 pm otherwise they will be present at the center. They will not be allowed to sit in the centre. (3) At the beginning of each paper, the staff will hopefully inform them of the scheduled time of the examination paper. (4) Candidates will have to appear in the examination as per the date sheet printed on the roll number slips. (5) The time/group and examination center in which the candidate has to take the examination shall be written on his/her roll number slip. The candidate will not be allowed to take the exam at any other time/group or centre. (6) Non-Muslim candidates who are joining the subject of religious education instead of Islamiat (compulsory) and ethics instead of translation of Al-Qur'an Al-Jeed, will take the subject exam as per the date sheet on the scheduled date and time. (7) Any local / public holiday declared during the examination shall not affect the date sheet in any way and the examination shall be held as per the dates mentioned in the date sheet. (8) Candidates are required to carry their roll number slip daily in the examination room otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in the examination. (9) The candidate should not only satisfy himself that the dates, times and groups of the subjects of the theory and the syllabus written on his roll number slip are correct, but they are also well matched with the detailed date sheet available in the centre. So that in case of any mistake the aspirant does not have to face any problem / loss. (10) If a candidate leaves the examination hall protesting for any reason, he/she will not be re-examined in any question/subject in any case. (11) Mobile phones are prohibited within the examination center and its limits (100 times). (12) The fixed time has been entered on the objective and initial paper.
