The date of receipt of admission form with double fee is 21 March 2023 and the last date of submission of admission form with triple fee has been fixed as 28 March 2023.

Press Release) Under Punjab Board Committee of Chairman (PBCC) Notification No. SY/PBCC/LHR-506 dated March 7, 2023, Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Punjab has received the admission forms for Intermediate First Annual Examination 2023. The date of March 13, 2023 has been fixed. According to the revised schedule, the Intermediate First Annual 2023 admission forms can be submitted by March 13 without late fee. Last date for submission of admission form with double fee is 21 March 2023 and last date for submission of admission form with triple fee is 28 March 2023. Candidates from private institutions and private institutions should complete their admission forms by the due date and send them to the address of St. Controller (Intermediate) Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Punjab. 1. All the Registered Government and Private Institutions (Male & Female) are requested to

Enrolment/Registration portal for admission of 11th and 12th Class Students. 2. The educational institutions (schools/Colleges) shall download and print the system-generated Bank Challan

from their respective account of the board portal (www.bisess.edu.pk).

3. Those regular students who are promoted to Part II but migrated from other Boards and as well as those science students who appeared in Part-I in the Annual/ Supplementary, Examination 2021 and did not appear in HSSC

(Annual-1 & Annual -II) Examination 2022, have to submit admission forms for the HSSC Part-I & II (Annual-1)

Examination 2023 through their institutions.

Failed/Absent students are allowed in the (Annual-1) Examination 2023. However, their eligibility to appear in the 11th/12th year in the subsequent annual examination shall be subject to the required attendance. 5 The students who have failed one or two papers are allowed to improve in passed subjects simultaneously with

taking examinations in the failed subjects. 6. Private students shall submit their admission forms online and download the system-generated Bank challan

(Bank fee receipt) from the board website www.bisess.edu.pk.

7. Only system-generated Bank challan will be accepted for admissions. Bank challan (fee receipt) can be

downloaded from the board website www.bisess.edu.pk 8. Candidates both (Regular/Private) of Part-II of other Board must produce a Migration Certificate along with a

verified DMC. 9. Roll number slips shall be available on the web portal ten days before the commencement of Examination. Those

candidate who failed to receive Roll No slips One week prior to the commencement of Examination should contact the Board for issuance of duplicate Roll No slips.

10. For additional Biology course completion certificate with attendance record is mandatory. 11. Application for creation of Examination Centre can be submitted up to 28-02-2023. 7. Private candidates who have passed HSSC Part-1 Examination from other Boards must submit their Migration Certificate along with verified DMC from their respective Boards with Part-Il admission form of Intermediate Annual-l Examination 2023.

8. The subject passed with Grace Marks / Aggregate must be included in the subjects selected for improvement, otherwise the

candidate will be considered ineligible.

9. Applications for creation of examination centres can be submitted up to 20-03-2023 through Online Portal System. After expiry no such application will be entertained in any circumstance.

10. The installation of CCTV cameras in examination Halls / Rooms and to link with BISE Peshawar is mandatory for new as well

as already existing examination centres.

11. All those candidates who attempt for improvement of marks shall not be considered as position holders or for any other type of

awards/medals/scholarships in HSSC Annual-1 Examination 2023. 12. For Additional subject of Biology, two months Lab attendance certificate from any affiliated Public/Private College/Higher Secondary School within the jurisdiction of BISE, Peshawar is mandatory.

13. All those fresh candidates of Part-II who have not availed improvement chance of Part-I in HSSC Annual-ll Exam, 2022 can apply for improvement in Annual-l Exam 2023. Regular candidates shall apply through College / School portal.

According to the press release of the Swat Education Board, the results of the Second Intermediate Annual Examination (HSSC Annual-ll) 2022 will be declared on Monday, February 13, 2023 at 12:00 noon. Result Swat Board Website

Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has completed all the preparations regarding the results of the 11th and 12th  Annual Examinations -II (II) 2022 organized by HAT. The official announcement of the results will be made on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 11:00 AM. The results will be available on the board website (www.bisedik.edu.pk/) at 12:00 PM on the same day. In the light of December 12, 2022, the Subject Validation Board has issued approval to conduct annual and supplementary examinations in the name of first annual examinations and second annual examinations and from now on intermediate first annual and second annual examinations and results with the schedule.

No admission form will be received after the above schedule. 2. The admission fee along with the admission form must be received in the office by the due date. . Private candidates will be charged a registration fee of Rs.1000 only for first time participation. Institution's right code and bank challan number will be required to be entered on the financial form. 5. Entry fee will be non-refundable. Candidates who are eligible for examination fee waiver as per any decision of the Board, such facility is only up to the single fee shade. After the date of submission of admission form with single fee, they will also be bound to submit examination fee along with other dues as per schedule like other candidates (Private Regulars). . It should be noted that the processing fee – Rs.5301 and not the original ticket. 7001 is rejected and Development Letter – Rs.2001 is not waived to the candidate in any case. 8. Download the admission form along with bank challan for payment from the admission fee board website and submit it to the designated branch of HBL and HBL Konnect as per the shade dil.

Jumla Sir Bar Ahan Administrations (Government / Affiliated / Public and Private Candidates are informed that in accordance with Notification No. SY/PBCC/LHR-459 dated 20.12.2022 issued by Punjab Boards Committee of Chairperson, Intermediate The first annual examination (11th 12th/Combined) 2023 is being held from 20.05.2023 on Saturday. The schedule for submission of online admission form and fee for the candidates appearing in the examination is as follows:

(2) It is necessary for the private candidate to feed his/her details under the online system from the website of the office and obtain a printout of the admission form and fee form and pay the form Friday fee at any branch of HBL as per the above schedule. Submit and keep the receipt as evidence. Also, in case of depositing the admission fee in HBL, the admission form should also be submitted in the bank itself. 3 Candidates who will submit the admission fee through online system (HBLKonnect) shall submit the hard copy of their admission form along with screen shot of fee payment, seal and signature of agent by post/manual at One Window Branch facility of Multan Board. Center) will be bound to be sent/submitted. 5) Candidates (including children of Board employees etc.) who are entitled to fee waiver under any decision of the Board, such facility is limited to single fee schedule only. After the date of submission of admission form with single fee, they will also be liable to submit examination fee along with other dues as per schedule like other candidates (Private Regulars). 6) All private candidates coming with NOC from other board are required to deposit Rs.-2180 (not including registration and processing fee etc.)

7) Admission form along with fee must be received in the board/office by the due date. Otherwise mere admission form/fee will not be admissible and fee as per prescribed schedule

8 The admission fee has to be deposited on online bank challan at any HBL branches of the board. Fees deposited on manual bank challan will not be admissible at all. 9) Every institution shall submit the hard copy of online admission forms and fee statement (group wise) of its students to Education Board Multan (Facility Center) as per the schedule issued by the office. The fee schedule will be applicable on the date on which the hard copy is received by the office. 10) Jumla Sar Bar Ahan Institutions are instructed to create Batch only after checking the proof print of candidates' data thoroughly. In case of opening a batch, the institution has to reprint all the admission forms of that batch. And Batch opening application from single fee schedule

Must be received at least 07 days in advance.

11) Institutions should send all copies of the revenue list along with the original challan form in the file of Finance Branch. Also the entry fee is banked from the computer under the online system

Deposit on the challan itself and affix the challan as per the bank challan number listed on the revenue list. 12) No institution / candidate shall be authorized to send (Double) admission form. On doing so, action will be taken as per the rules.
