For Secondary First Annual Examination 2023, Class IX, Dham (Composite)

Urdu, English, Islamiat Compulsory, Pakistan Studies, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics Science Group, General Mathematics Ornes Group, General Science, Islamiat Optional, Fundamentals of Home Economics Part I, II and Fahm Al Qur’an Part I subjects test in two different groups. Special Instructions for Administrators of Examination Centres

The examination of all such papers in front of which no group has been mentioned should be taken as per the time mentioned in the date sheet even if any group is mentioned on the roll number slip. It will not be allowed to appear in the examination without the roll number slip. However, if a candidate does not have the roll number slip but there is a candidate card in the center file, then after comparing with the record, the candidate should be included in the examination and the candidate should be instructed while issuing/obtaining the roll number slip from the board. For the information of all concerned, it is announced that the results of the Intermediate Part II / Composite Second Annual 2022 examination organized by the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Intermediate and Secondary Education Board, Mirpur, will be announced on 07-02-2023.

The day will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am. These results can be viewed on the website WaqasAbid.com by roll number.

The result cards of the regular candidates will be sent to the addresses of the respective heads of institutions by registered post, while the result cards of the private candidates will be sent to the addresses given by them by ordinary post. If a private candidate does not get the result card, he/she can get the result card within 45 days after the publication of the result by submitting an application in the name of Raqam (Controller of Examinations Colleges) with no fee otherwise the fee for obtaining mini result card will be charged as per the rules. Depositor = 10000 rupees in HBL board account / post office and submit original challan money order receipt with stamp of Rs.20 (affidavit) along with certified application. Candidates who have improved marks will be issued a new result card with improved marks only after sending/submitting the previous original result card to the board office.

For the information of all concerned, it is announced that the results of the Intermediate Part I Annual Examination 2022 organized by the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Intermediate and Secondary Education Board Mirpur will be announced/published at 11:00 on Thursday, November 17. It will be on 2022. The result card of regular candidates will be sent by registered post while the result card of private candidates will be sent by ordinary post to their given address. If a private candidate does not get the result card, he/she can get the result card without fee by submitting an application in the name of RAQM (Controller Examination Board) within 45 days after the publication of the result. For obtaining the result card after the due date, the normal fee is Rs.1000 while the urgent fee is Rs.1200. Submit the fee online in HBL Board account number 00427991668003 and send the original challan receipt along with the board copy details and if a candidate does not have a bank then deposit the amount through post office with the original money order receipt along with the details = Rs.20 Certified affidavit by Magistrate First Class Oath Commissioner along with the application form should be sent to the Board in time. Otherwise a fine has to be paid. Note: The result gazette will be available in PDF format on the website of the board (www.ajkbise.edu.pk) from where the result can be viewed / printed. 1. The Result of Candidates who applied for the examination in the intermediate Part-II/Composite Annual examination 2020 and

their examination could not held due to COVID-19 according to the decision of The AJK Government. Now the result is being

announced today the 24

th

August 2020 according to the promotion policy approved by The AJK Government under Notification

Nos.SHE/5425-34/2020 dated 07-05-2020 and SHE/7093-7101/2020 dated 3

rd

August 2020, due to health emergency COVID-19.

2. This Result Gazette is issued provisionally, errors and omissions excepted, as a notice only. Any entry appearing in this notification does not

in itself confer any right or privilege on a candidate for the grant of certificate which will be issued under the rules/regu lations on the basis of

the original records of the Board’s Office.

3. Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy and correctness. Nevertheless if any error or omission is noticed, the Board may be informed

immediately for necessary action to rectify the same.

4. The candidates who have passed the examination have been shown by mentioning pass and total number of marks with grade, obtained by them.

The candidates, whose result/result cards have been with held due to any reason (fee/eligibility etc.), are advised, in their own interest to get

the cases settled immediately as to enable this office to declare their results/release their result cards.
